Most orders will arrive between 7 and 30 days worldwide. We source our inventory from several jewelry and product designers within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we work directly with our suppliers. In very rare cases it can take until 4-5 weeks for some products.

Once the order is shipped out, you'll receive an email from Bohemian Beach Style with tracking information. Please allow 2-5 weeks for most orders to ensure proper quality assurance for creation, packaging, and shipment. In most cases, you will receive your item(s) earlier than expected depending on the destination. Frequently Asked Questions

"I ordered multiple items, but I have received my parcel holding just 1 of them."

If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package.  Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

"I paid for my order but did not get a confirmation email"

Please check your spam folder, some emails might end up there. 

 

Returns

Returns are welcome anytime within 60 days of your original receipt of your order if the items are not as described or damaged. Simply return the items to us, and we'll provide a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

To arrange your return, please email admin@bohemianbeachstyle.com with your receipt or proof of purchase along with a picture of your item showing the issue.

We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of our customers. We often want to save you the trouble of shipping defective product back to us. When you contact us, please send us a photo of the product that clearly shows the issue you're experiencing. This will help us to serve you faster!

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
